What sensitive or identifiable information will be collected about me?
The only piece of identifiable information that will be collected about you will be your NHS Number. This is required in order to collect follow up information after your treatment to help improve our understanding of the outcomes for this treatment.
Who will have access to my data?
Only staff from your treatment centre, The Christie NHS Foundation Trust & The University of Manchester will have access to any of your identifiable data. Your data will always be fully anonymised before being shared with anyone else.
Where will my data be stored?
Your data will be held within an encrypted database on a secure server within The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. Only data that has been fully anonymised, with no way to be linked back to you, will ever leave the server.
